1. General Provisions
This policy on processing personal data is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Law") and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures taken for ensuring the security of personal data, adopted by the Association of participants of the financial market "Non-profit Partnership for the Development of the Financial Market RTS" (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
1.1. The Operator sets as its main goal and condition for carrying out its activities the observance of human and citizen rights and freedoms in the processing of his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.
1.2. This policy of the Operator regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information that the Operator can obtain about visitors to the website https://iskin.tech.

2. Basic concepts used in the Policy
2.1. Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data using computer technology means.
2.2. Blocking personal data - temporary suspension of processing of personal data (excluding cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data).
2.3. Website - a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases that provide their availability on the Internet at the network address https://iskin.tech.
2.4. Personal Data Information System - a set of personal data contained in databases and providing their processing by means of information technology and technical facilities.
2.5. Depersonalization of personal data - actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine, without additional information, the belonging of personal data to a specific User or other subject of personal data.
2.6. Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) carried out using automation or without using such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
2.7. Operator - a state body, municipal body, legal or natural person, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and / or carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
2.8. Personal data - any information directly or indirectly related to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://iskin.tech.
2.9. Personal data permitted for distribution by the subject of personal data - personal data, access to which is provided by the subject of personal data to an unlimited number of persons by giving consent to the processing of personal data permitted for distribution by the subject of personal data, in the manner provided by the Personal Data Law (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal data permitted for distribution").
2.10. User - any visitor of the website https://iskin.tech.
2.11. Provision of personal data - actions aimed to disclose personal data to a specific person or certain persons.
2.12. Dissemination of personal data - any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons (transferring personal data) or familiarizing an unlimited number of persons with personal data, including disclosure of personal data in the media, placement on information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way.
2.13. Cross-border transfer of personal data - the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign government body, foreign individual, or foreign legal entity.
2.14. Destruction of personal data - any actions that result in the irretrievable destruction of personal data with no possibility of further recovery of the contents of personal data in the personal data information system and/or the destruction of material carriers of personal data.
3. Main rights and obligations of the Operator
3.1. The Operator has the right to:
- receive from the subject of personal data accurate information and/or documents containing personal data;
- in case of revocation of the subject's consent to the processing of personal data, as well as a request to cease processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data if there are grounds specified by the Law on Personal Data;
- independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the performance of obligations provided by the Law on Personal Data and regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it, unless otherwise provided by the Law on Personal Data or other federal laws.
3.2. The Operator is obliged to:
- provide the subject of personal data, upon his/her request, with information regarding the processing of his/her personal data;
- organize the processing of personal data in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
- respond to requests and inquiries from subjects of personal data and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Personal Data;
- provide the necessary information to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data upon its request within 10 days from the date of receipt of such a request;
- publish or otherwise provide unrestricted access to this Policy regarding the processing of personal data;
- take legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other unlawful actions with personal data;
- terminate the transfer (distribution, provision, access) of personal data, terminate the processing and destroy personal data in the cases and in the manner provided by the Law on Personal Data;
- fulfill other obligations provided by the Law on Personal Data.
4. Main rights and obligations of the subjects of personal data
4.1. Subjects of personal data have the right to:
- obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data, except for cases provided by federal laws. Information is provided in an accessible form by the Operator, and it should not contain personal data related to other subjects of personal data, except in cases where there are legal grounds for the disclosure of such personal data. The list of information and the procedure for its receipt are established by the Law on Personal Data;
- demand from the Operator clarification of their personal data, their blocking or destruction in case personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as take measures provided by law to protect their rights;
- stipulate a requirement for obtaining prior consent when processing personal data with the aim of promoting goods, works, and services on the market;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, as well as send a demand to stop the processing of personal data;
- to appeal to the authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects or to a court about the unlawful actions or inaction of the Operator while processing their personal data;
- to exercise other rights provided by Russian legislation.
4.2. Personal data subjects are obliged to:
- provide the Operator with accurate information about themselves;
- inform the Operator about the refinement (updating, changing) of their personal data.
4.3. Persons who provided the Operator with false information about themselves or information about another personal data subject without their consent bear responsibility in accordance with Russian legislation.
5. Principles of personal data processing
5.1. Personal data processing is carried out on a legal and fair basis.
5.2. Personal data processing is limited to achieving specific, predefined, and lawful purposes. Personal data processing that is incompatible with the collection purposes of personal data is not allowed.
5.3. The merging of databases containing personal data processing for purposes that are incompatible with each other is not allowed.
5.4. Personal data processing should be limited to only those personal data that meet the purposes of their processing.
5.5. The contents and amount of processed personal data correspond to the stated purposes of the data processing. Redundancy of personal data processing regarding the stated purposes is not allowed.
5.6. Accuracy, sufficiency, and, where necessary, relevance of personal data are ensured during their processing. The Operator takes necessary measures and/or ensures their adoption to delete or correct incomplete or inaccurate data.
5.7. Personal data storage is carried out in a form that allows the identification of the personal data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of personal data processing, provided the period of personal data storage is not specified by federal law, a contract party benefiting from the data subject, or guarantor. Processed personal data is destroyed or depersonalized upon achievement of the processing purposes or in case of the loss of the need for achieving these purposes, unless otherwise provided by federal law.
6. Purposes of personal data processing
Purpose of processing: informing the User through sending emails
Personal data: last name, first name, patronymic name, email address, telephone numbers, year, month, date, and place of birth
Legal basis: founding documents of the Operator
Types of personal data processing: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, destruction, and depersonalization of personal data; sending informational emails to email addresses
7. Terms of personal data processing
7.1. Personal data processing is carried out with the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data.
7.2. Personal data processing is necessary to achieve the purposes provided by an international treaty of the Russian Federation or by law, for Operator’s performance of functions, powers, and duties provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.3. Personal data processing is necessary for the administration of justice, the implementation of a court order, an act of another agency or official which must be executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on enforcement proceedings.
7.4. Personal data processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, the party to which is the personal data subject being the beneficiary or a surety, as well as for the conclusion of a contract initiated by the personal data subject or a contract under which the personal data subject will be the beneficiary or a surety.
7.5. Personal data processing is necessary for the exercise of the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties or for the achievement of socially significant goals, provided that the rights and freedoms of the personal data subject are not violated.
7.6. Processing of personal data for which the subject of personal data or by his/her request grants an unlimited circle of persons access (hereinafter referred to as publicly available personal data) is carried out.
7.7. Processing of personal data subject to publication or mandatory disclosure in accordance with federal law is carried out.
8. Procedure for collecting, storing, transmitting and other processing of personal data.
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
8.1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
8.2. User personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the performance of current legislation, or if the subject of personal data has given consent to the Operator to transfer data to a third party to perform obligations under the civil law contract.
8.3. In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User may update them independently by sending the Operator a notification to the Operator's email address info@iskin.tech with the subject line "Updating personal data."
8.4. The processing period of personal data is determined by the achievement of the purposes for which personal data was collected, unless otherwise provided by the contract or current legislation.
The User may at any time withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the Operator via email to the Operator's email address info@iskin.tech with the subject line "Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data."
8.5. All information collected by third-party services, including payment systems, means of communication, and other service providers, is stored and processed by those entities (Operators) in accordance with their User Agreement and Privacy Policy. The subject of personal data must familiarize him/herself with and/or agree to these documents. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties, including the service providers mentioned in this paragraph.
8.6. The prohibitions on transfer (except for providing access), processing, or processing conditions (except for obtaining access) of personal data authorized for disclosure are not applicable in cases of processing personal data in the public interest, as determined by Russian law.
8.7. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data when processing it.
8.8. The Operator stores personal data in a form that allows the subject of personal data to be identified for no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes of processing personal data, unless the federal law, a contract whose party, beneficiary, or surety is the subject of personal data, establishes a storage period.
8.9. Termination of personal data processing may be a result of achieving the goals of processing personal data, expiration of the subject of personal data's consent term, revocation of personal data subject's consent, or demand to cease processing personal data, as well as discovering illegal processing of personal data.
9. List of actions carried out by the Operator with the personal data received.
9.1. The Operator collects, records, systematizes, accumulates, stores, clarifies (updates, changes), extracts, uses, transfers (distributes, provides, gives access), depersonalizes, blocks, deletes, and destroys personal data.
9.2. The operator conducts automated processing of personal data with the receipt and/or transmission of received information via information and telecommunication networks or without them.

10. Cross-border transfer of personal data
10.1. Prior to starting activities related to the cross-border transfer of personal data, the operator must notify the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects of its intention to carry out the cross-border transfer of personal data (such notification should be sent separately from the notification of the intention to process personal data).
10.2. Prior to submitting the aforementioned notification, the operator must obtain the necessary information from the authorities of the foreign state, foreign individuals, and foreign legal entities to which the cross-border transfer of personal data is planned.

11. Confidentiality of personal data
The operator and other persons who have access to personal data are required not to disclose personal data to third parties and not to distribute personal data without the consent of the personal data subject unless otherwise provided by federal law.

12.1. The user may obtain any clarifications on the issues concerning the processing of his/her personal data by contacting the Operator via email at info@iskin.tech.
12.2. Any changes to the policy of personal data processing by the Operator will be reflected in this document. The policy remains in effect indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
